Addi runs Venture Relations, where she partners with Venture Capital firms, Venture Studios and the wider startup ecosystem to help venture-backed companies scale.

Before joining c/p, she was on the founding team of a tech startup where she developed a strong passion for building and scaling from the earliest stage. She now uses that passion to drive the work supporting venture partners and their portfolios.
