After 12 years at a global staffing agency that took him from London to New York, he launched Creative People in 2018 to focus on humanizing the recruitment experience for both candidates and clients.
Today he acts as a Talent Advisor for many seed stage, series A, B, and C start ups, helping shape and build their internal teams with world-class talent. He also focuses on placing C-Level Executives across a portfolio of clients.
